After several negotiations meetings between Jasmine and Dad it was decided that eleven was the magic number - - but we didn't tell her!
Instead, Jasmine and Mom planned a girls night out with a trip to the mall, dinner and a movie. Only once at the mall was she informed of the decision. She was floored - - surprised - - excited! So much so that the question "really" was asked multiple times as she made a beeline for the nearest ear piercing station!
